The photo essay showcases captivating artworks installed throughout Lahore during LB03, capturing the spirit and impact of the biennale.

Sandy beaches, palm trees, pixelated, yet playful 

but distant too. 

In another world perhaps 

But here you’ll get dust only. 

And bushes too. 

That sway with winds that are hot. Needles for cheeks! 

Water that runs, then sprints;  

too much 

Not possible to Control. 

And pungent smoke that fills 

the sky and stings the eyes 

that see too much. 

Stained fabrics hanging dry. 

Stone turtles and flamingos 

hanging in the hallway 

Cracked but wired. 

Green man with his Green Screen, 

pasted on the wall. 

But the man is not; Stationary. 

Flowers once bloomed are also drying. 

But not in the garden;  

on a fabric. 

Got my eyebrows done while looking at the beach today. 

The wall is cracked and 

so is the rose. 

Sustenance under the stairs. 

Not for today but for later. 

Not for you but for someone else. 

They parked it in the wrong place yet it felt so right with all the wrong things with it. 

The veil that reveals too much 

Often has a lot of red in it. 

The bag that contains too much 

Often stinks in yellow. 

As a Specimen, 

shadows of light with ghosts in a guest appearance 

And narratives of the lost ones woven together
